Shipping is usually on next day delivery after payment is complete. Delivery will be between 08:00 and 17:30. No tracking is currently in place. Non delivery, missing or damaged products must be notified in writing to admin@cc-computers.com withing 24 hours.
Software can not be returned for any reason if the seal has been broken or software opened.
Please ensure that you check the delivery when it arrives as it is checked when leaving the warehouse and item serial numbers recorded. Ensure that you state the condition on the couriers docket when signing.
